I started this blog just shy of three years ago while entering the world of unemployment in pursuit of following my passion for journalism and interactive storytelling. The ride has been wild and while it hasn’t always been easy, I have succeeded beyond my wildest dreams.
Currently I am working as an interactive journalist for a variety of publications, but the lack of media innovation has me hogtied. An aggressive entrepreneur I spend hours each day looking at how interactive content is engaging users in new ways and how I can continue to push the envelope.
While not in front of a computer I’m typically in the mountains. Life is made up of: climbing mountains, running-up mountains, hiking-up mountains and rafting-down mountains. But every once and a while I sneak in a Sunday afternoon nap. In other words, I am very, very, blessed.

By the way, “less chit chat and more get at” translates to “a little less talk and a lot more action”, in this neck of the woods. There’s a country song from a few years back with that title. I may rant and rave about the laziness and sense of entitlement of young Millennials.
